The Puglia Cooking Class Experience
We had a wonderfull time!! The day was perfect and everybody enjoy so mutch the time during the cooking class. We start the morning early from the local market where we met the vegetable farmer, the fisher man, the chease maker and all the tipical shopping at 0 km that The local market of Vico del Gargano can offer.
Then we moved to the Trappeto resturant where we started the first lesson how to make the perfect “orecchiette” and i can say that the group was realy the best i had. they make half kilo of oreccheitte in 3o minuts record;)
We had also e novello oil testing during the cooking class.
We later started to make the souce, allways with the expert advice of Simone owner and chef of the Trappeto Resturant. We made the melanzane ripiene and it was amazing!
