This is kind of a long weekend stay from Friday to Sunday, each day there will be an interesting task to be performed always linked with the cooking traditions of the Gargano.
On Friday evening we dive into a cheese–tasting olive oil and wine–thanks to the professionalism and competence of the professor who is organizing Biscuits In his small winery along the way by “gourmet”. You will dive and discover the goodness of our land, knowing the stories of the origin of the food properties. The event will occupy most of the evening for a chat between a good glass of wine the charm of the village relaxation is guaranteed!
Saturday will start the lesson! So wake-up call and a good breakfast we depart for the lesson of “lugs” that through the skillful hands of a skilled and capable of orecchiette learn how to do it too😉
The course will last 3 hours from mixing up the process and find out together all the tricks and secrets to making great pasta! We will also look at a tomato sauce and seasonings to find those that best enhance the homemade pasta.
In the evening there will be a dinner with local products in a spectacular historic downtown restaurant with an excellent wine cellar.
The package includes breakfast, living room, a tasting, a dinner over the course of orecchiette;)!
